Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the fumazdigital.com website and engaging with the services provided by Fumaz Digital.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, communicating with our team, or signing any formal agreement for our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

Scope of Services

Fumaz Digital provides specialized digital and IT services and solutions. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timeline will be detailed in a separate, written Statement of Work (SOW) or contract agreed upon by both parties.

Client Responsibilities

Provide timely feedback and content necessary for project schedule.
Furnish legally owned or licensed text, images, logos, data, and access credentials.
Ensure clear authority to bind the organization or individual to these Terms and SOW.

Payment and Billing

All pricing, payment schedules, and currency are detailed in the applicable SOW. Invoices will be issued according to the payment schedule, and late payments may result in work pauses and restricted access.

Project Warranties and Limitations

Fumaz Digital warrants that the services will be performed in a professional manner. A 30-day bug-fix warranty is provided for issues arising from our direct coding.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the custom work created by Fumaz Digital are transferred to the client. Fumaz Digital retains rights to pre-existing code and methodologies.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Service fees are generally non-refundable. If a project is terminated due to a change of mind, partial refunds may apply based on completed work and incurred costs.

Limitation of Liability

Fumaz Digital shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the Service Agreement upon material breach not remedied within thirty (30) days. Client-initiated termination may be subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
